SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions towards the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it is alarmed about the substantial quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large amount sassa status check of here clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a regular basis. The assistance issue produced for intervention encounters a significant inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra methods to empower the servicing of all shoppers and boost usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
